EuroWeb is organising a conference in Lisbon (Portugal) on "Intertwined Textiles - Influence of Asian Fabrics in the European Cloth Industry (ca. 1200-1900)". The conference will take place June 20-21; the CfP is open until March 17. You can find more information in the attached pdf file.

The Early Textiles Study Group has opened their Call for Papers for their conference on September 21 and 22 in Cambridge, UK. The topic is "On The Edge: Textile and Garment Edges, Borders and Trimmings". You can find the full CfP in the attachment; deadline for abstracts is April 30.Â

And finally, on the off-chance of it being relevant to someone, the Germanisches Nationalmuseum Nuremberg is looking for a museum education specialist (has to be fluent in German).
