Your registration for the conference is binding as soon as your registration through the website system has arrived. The full fee for the conference has to be paid according to the date provided in the participant information newsletter, which will give a date at the latest four weeks before start of the conference. All participants, including presenters, are required to pay the full fee. If your registration comes in later than four weeks before the conference, your full fee has to be paid immediately. If you do not pay the fee, you lose your claim to the reserved space. The fee stated is for one person.
Cancellation:
In case you have registered but need to cancel, cancellation fees apply according to the following:
10 % of the fee until 31 days before start,
25 % of the fee 30-15 days before start,
50 % of the fee 14-8 days before start,
100% of the fee 7-0 days before start.
